The latest model sports bikes from various manufacturers are readily available. Enjoy cycling on a well-maintained bike that only a cycle store can provide. Gloves and helmets are available for rent, so you don't need to bring anything!
We accept reservations up to 2 months in advance.

HELLO CYCLING

Recommended for those who want to use the shop early in the morning or for several days in a row! You can use it immediately as long as you have downloaded the app on your phone. The vehicles are serviced by the cycle store staff, so you can use the bicycles without any worries even if they are unattended.

Please be sure to return bicycles borrowed from this station to this station. If you return the bike to another station, you will be charged a separate transportation fee.

This wide-area bicycle rental service is offered in cooperation with Ibaraki Prefecture and the eight cities and towns along the Tsukuba Kasumigaura RingRing Road. You can visit by train or other means and rent or return bicycles from any of the 10 facilities in the prefecture.

A: You can wear whatever you like, as long as it is comfortable to move around in.
Pants are recommended for women.

We ask that you recover on your own. Please use the support stations scattered along Tsukuba Kasumigaura RingRing Road or your local bike store. Please note that the contact point for inquiries differs depending on the bike you are renting.

For "Hello Cycling," you can choose the type of bike you would like to rent at the site on the day of the tour. It is recommended to download a smartphone application in advance.
Q What is Tsukuba Kasumigaura RingRing Road?
This is an approximately 180-km-long cycling course that combines the former Tsukuba Railway line and the Kasumigaura lakeside area.
This cycling route has been selected as one of the "National Cycle Routes," one of the most popular cycling routes in Japan.
Q How long does it take to ride around Kasumigaura?
The Kasumigaura round-the-lake course, or Kasichi, is a short course of approximately 90 km that crosses the Kasumigaura Ohashi Bridge in the northern part of the lake, and a long course of approximately 140 km without crossing the bridge. The short course is estimated to take about 4 hours for the fastest person, and about 7 hours for beginners. For more information, please ask at le.cyc
